Crafted by Remmy, located in Ulladulla and Batemans Bay, is a professional, positive and accessible employment service for adults with a disability who want to work in either Supported or Open Employment.

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT

Our Supported Employment provides employment opportunities to adults with a disability who, for several reasons, are unable to work in open employment. Ongoing and structured training and support is provided in a 1:1 and group setting for adults who want to work but need more support, guidance, training, supervision and nurturing than they would get in open employment.

Open Employment opportunities at Crafted by Remmy, opens a world of possibilities to individuals with disability seeking employment that do not require assistance, but rather an inclusive environment to flourish.

SUPPORTED WAGE SYSTEM

Crafted by Remmy operates under the Supported Wage System. We pay above the entry-level rate as we value every person who joins our team.

To be eligible to work under the Supported Wage System you must:

  • Be an Australian citizen or a person resident in Australia whose continued presence in not subject to a time limit imposed by Australian law (e.g. temporary visa)

  • Have no outstanding workers’ compensation claim against Remmy

  • Meet the impairment criteria for the Disability Support Pension (DSP), as confirmed with Service NSW (formerly known as Centrelink)
